TOUR DESCRIPTION:
The picturesque villages of Westendorf, Scheffau & Ellmau make an ideal setting, sheltered by the awesome Wilder Kaiser mountains. The charming village centres have attractive shops and cafes to stroll around and in the summer months there are regular evening festivals, when the towns come alive with traditional music crafts and food stalls.
For this tour, we are staying in the beautifully refurbished Hotel Schermer, which offers a fantastic choice of health & spa facilities including indoor & outdoor pools (internconnected), integrated whirlpool, sauna, steam room and relaxation area. All rooms have twin beds, bath or shower, wc, cable TV, hairdryer, safe and bathrobes.
The hotel is a minute walk to the village centre and 100 meters to the nearest bar and restaurant. We have hot & cold buffet breakfasts, four course waiter service evening meals with choice of main course and daily salad buffet, weekly starter and dessert buffet, and the hotel uses products from their own farm.
