Blackpool is still one of the most popular seaside resorts in Britain today. With its seven miles of sandy beach and its array of piers, theatres and amusement parks, Blackpool has a lot to offer. Daytime is playtime with all the fun of the Towers, Pleasure Beach, Golden Mile and its spectacular shows. During the winter this lively resort is recognised as one of the greatest shows on earth, the Blackpool illuminations are an electrical extravaganza of dazzling traditional lights and lasers. The Oaklea is a golden host award winner and is situated on Albert Drive near Central Drive. Our guests in 2007 had a wonderful holiday. Our hotel offers entertainment and is family owned and operated.
